The Sir Arthur Lewis Institute for Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) presents: Strengthening National Statistics for Sustainable Development through Gendered Lenses.
This virtual event will provide further justification for the use of statistics in addressing and fulfilling critical development agendas, and set a platform for gender as a cross-cutting issue that brings a critical set of analytical and interpretive insights that ought to be reflected in the establishment of concepts, data collection, data analysis, and presentation of statistical facts, consistent with the infusion of gendered lenses in the analysis of phenomena akin to development policy.
