Presenter: Dr. Felicia A. Grey

Dr Felicia Grey is a Political Economist and Fulbright Scholar who completed her PhD in International Studies (GPIS) at Old Dominion University (ODU), USA. She holds a Master of Law in International Trade Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and a Master of Science in International Relations from The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona. Dr. Grey also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training Development Institute and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with minors in Spanish and Psychology, from The UWI, Mona. Dr. Grey’s academic training has been enhanced by professional development activities such as the World Bank’s ‘Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs)’ and ‘Trading for Development in the Age of Global Value Chains’. She is the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards, which include the Governor General Youth Award for Excellence in Academics and Volunteerism (2013) and has authored several peer-reviewed including the book entitled “States and Non-participatory Memberships at the WTO” (2019).
